call me old fashioned but i love to see love. ya know, when you meet someone for the first time and you see love in their eyes. that’s what i saw when i met this couple in portland the other day. i met them because i am shooting their wedding on august 7th (woot woot!). i wanted to meet them so they could get to know me and i could get to know them before their big day. we met up at gritty’s in the old port where we caught up and chit chatted about the upcoming day. i loved them immediately. so easy, so fun and up for anything.
it was an extremely rainy day before we met (surprise!), actually poured most of the day. but by the time i arrived in portland, the rain stopped. whew.

a little story – this is where they met. the old port tavern or as locals call it, the OPT. they met 4 years ago on st. patty’s day. darcy’s friend pushed her into kevin and the rest is history. *love that*
